Our equipment for bottling

Filled in plastic or glass bottles, cans or bag-in-box containers, the complete filling lines are the answer to the final processing stage, where smooth and safe product packaging is crucial and requires a careful strategy.

Following the latest trends in the food and beverage industry, filling lines as well as filling machines are designed for the filling of wine, juice and syrup, cider, beer, spirits, oil, as well as for the safe packaging of dairy, non-food and other products. The filling and packaging equipment allows each customer to successfully meet their production challenges by choosing from our complete lines or individual machine units specifically tailored to their end product and business needs.

MAG Edenkoben

One name, one guarantee
With over 40 years of experience in the industry, we are represented in the beverage industry, whether in the wine industry, breweries as well as in the fruit juice industry, we are represented in many other areas of application.

We offer you individual solutions with the cycle from bottle cleaning to packaging in the service as well as in the new area.

Types of filling machines

Automatic bottle and can filling machines:
Bottling and canning machines are designed for filling liquid products and provide a smooth filling process with containers such as glass bottles, plastic bottles, and aluminum cans, as well as various capping systems such as cork, T-cap, pre-threaded cap, crown cork, and pressure cap.

Semi-automatic or manual filling systems:
Filling technologies are designed for liquid product packaging and include gravity fill system combined with semi-automatic container capping systems.

We offer a variety of machine options for filling systems:
  • Drop pressure
  • Low Vacuum
  • High Vacuum
  • Pressure filler
  • Electronic volumetric filling
  • Back pressure filling
Isobaric filling machines
These machines enable beverages to be filled into bottles or cans under controlled conditions to ensure a constant filling quantity and carbon dioxide dosage.

In isobaric filling machines, the filling process is carried out under pressure, which preserves the carbon dioxide content of the beverage. The machines are designed to equalize the pressure in the filling container and the pressure in the bottle or can to ensure consistent filling.

With the range of isobaric fillers, we have consolidated know-how in filling process technology. The machines are manufactured with the most advanced technologies that guarantee reliability and precision to the user. Both carbonated and still products can be processed with isobaric fillers with a wide range of filling valves that can be used according to the characteristics of the product to be filled.
Volumetric filling machines
The operation of a volumetric filling machine is based on a precise measuring principle. A certain amount of the product to be filled is fed into a metering container, which then measures the exact volume of the product and fills it into the packaging unit, e.g. bottles or cartons. There are several types of volumetric filling machines, including piston filling machines, tubular bag filling machines and gravity filling machines.

Volumetric filling machines offer high accuracy and are capable of handling a wide range of container sizes and shapes. They are also easy to operate and maintain, making them a practical and reliable solution for filling liquids in the beverage and other industries.
Electropneumatic filling machines
The electro-pneumatic machine is able to process both carbonated and still products. It is also capable of separating the partially oxidized gas remaining in the bottle from the product in the tank and transferring it to an external chamber to ensure zero oxygen rise in the liquid to be filled, maintaining its properties over time.

Gravity, light vacuum and high vacuum fillers are built according to the most advanced technologies, they can fill still products with gravity or light vacuum and have a wide range of filling valves available.

Filling with light vacuum, better priming and absence of drops have many advantages. An optional system allows these valves to prevent air from entering the tank and maintain the integrity of the product against oxidation and microbiological contamination. For very dense products, a high vacuum system is used that exploits the pressure difference between the filling tank and the bottle.
